Free tool · Link preview checker

See how your link looks when it's shared

Paste any page from your site. We'll show the card people see in iMessage, Slack, LinkedIn, X and Facebook, and list every missing or broken tag.

What this checks

When someone pastes your link into a chat or a post, the app reads a few tags from the page (Open Graph and Twitter tags) to build the card: a title, a short description and an image. Missing or broken tags mean a bare link, which gets fewer clicks.

  • og:title, og:description and og:image, and whether the image loads
  • The image size (1200×630 works everywhere)
  • twitter:card, so X and Slack show the big image
  • The canonical URL, so search engines index the right address

How to fix what it finds

Most store themes set these tags for you; the usual fix is a share image in your store settings or a product photo. Each result lists the exact steps.

How we check

Our bot, RevRoverBrandTrustBot, reads the one page you enter and its share image, and follows the site's robots.txt. Results get a private link that isn't indexed and is deleted after 30 days.
